Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onions, carrots, and celery to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato soup, and beef broth. Add potatoes, salt, black pepper, basil, and oregano.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
