  • 1.5 lbs shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lbs baby potatoes halved
  • 2 ears corn cut into thirds
  • 12 oz smoked sausage sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 cup parsley chopped
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges for serving

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine potatoes, corn, and smoked sausage. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning.
  • Spread the potatoes, corn, and sausage onto a sheet pan. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in the same bowl, toss shrimp with remaining Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  • Remove the sheet pan from the oven, add the seasoned shrimp and stir everything together.
  • Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

This dish pairs well with crusty bread to soak up the delicious juices.
