Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, corn, and smoked sausage. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning.
Spread the potatoes, corn, and sausage onto a sheet pan. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in the same bowl, toss shrimp with remaining Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
Remove the sheet pan from the oven, add the seasoned shrimp and stir everything together.
Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
This dish pairs well with crusty bread to soak up the delicious juices.
