Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a sheet pan.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each into a small loaf. Place on the prepared sheet pan.
Spread ketchup evenly over the top of each mini meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add some chopped fresh herbs like parsley or thyme to the meat mixture.
