  • 1.5 lb ground beef 85% lean
  • 1 cup bread crumbs unseasoned
  • 0.5 cup milk whole or 2%
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 cup onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 0.25 cup ketchup for topping

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a sheet pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  • Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each into a small loaf. Place on the prepared sheet pan.
  • Spread ketchup evenly over the top of each mini meatloaf.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add some chopped fresh herbs like parsley or thyme to the meat mixture.
