Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tray.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, rosemary, and thyme.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and olive oil.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let the muffins cool in the tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
