Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli and cauliflower florets.
Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
Optionally, sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
