  • 1 lb cauliflower florets cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika smoked paprika for extra flavor
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese grated, optional

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the broccoli and cauliflower florets.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
  • Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
  • Optionally, sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
