  • 1 pound roast beef thinly sliced
  • 12 rolls slider buns sliced in half
  • 12 slices cheddar cheese or any cheese of your choice
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup horseradish prepared
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, horseradish, and Dijon mustard.
  • Spread the mayo mixture inside of each slider bun.
  • Layer roast beef and cheese onto the bottom half of each bun, then cover with the top half.
  • Place sliders close together in a baking dish.
  • In another small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the butter mixture over the top of the sliders.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and buns are slightly crispy.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For an extra kick, add jalapeños or extra horseradish to your sliders. Serve with a side of pickles!
