  • 24 oz frozen cheese ravioli about 1 1/2 pounds
  • 24 oz marinara sauce your favorite brand
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen ravioli, marinara sauce, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the ravioli evenly.
  • Spread a thin layer of the ravioli mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle a generous handful of mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese over the ravioli layer.
  • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a top layer of mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the seasonings according to your taste preferences. This dish is versatile and can include additional ingredients like ground beef or spinach for added nutrition.
