Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium bowl, gently toss raspberries with 1/4 cup sugar and lemon juice. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Slowly add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until smooth.
Pour batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Spoon raspberries over the batter evenly.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving. Best enjoyed warm.
