Deliciously moist pumpkin chocolate chip bars that perfectly blend the flavors of fall with a hint of chocolate decadence. These bars are easy to make and great for sharing!
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined. Add the pumpkin puree and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the bars to cool in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
