  • 2 cups pork rinds Crushed to a fine crumb
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 large eggs Beaten
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt To taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper To taste

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a shallow bowl, mix together the crushed pork rinds, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and water.
  • Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat evenly with the pork rind mixture.
  • Place the coated chicken tenders onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

You can customize the spice mix as per your preference. For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
