Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow bowl, mix together the crushed pork rinds, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika.
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and water.
Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat evenly with the pork rind mixture.
Place the coated chicken tenders onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
You can customize the spice mix as per your preference. For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
