Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
Brush the outside of the peppers with olive oil and place them in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix the pizza sauce with Italian seasoning.
Spoon a tablespoon of the sauce into each bell pepper.
Divide the mushrooms, olives, and pepperoni among the peppers.
Fill each pepper with mozzarella cheese and top with additional pepperoni if desired.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
