  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 0.5 cup white rum optional for a non-virgin version
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 slices lime for garnish
  • 4 sprigs mint for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, coconut water, sparkling water, white rum (if using), and lime juice. Stir well to mix.
  • Fill four glasses with ice cubes and pour the cocktail mixture evenly into each glass.

Notes
