  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

  • 1 cup provolone cheese shredded
  • 4 rolls hamburger buns toast if desired

Preparation Steps

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 more minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Reduce heat to low, sprinkle the cheese over the beef mixture and cover. Allow the cheese to melt before serving.
  • Serve the beef mixture on the hamburger buns. Enjoy warm.
