Preparation Steps
Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract.
Fold in 3/4 cup of the crushed peppermint candies.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle the remaining crushed peppermint candies evenly over the top.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For an extra festive touch, add a few drops of red food coloring to the fudge mixture before pouring it into the pan.
