Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and peppermint extract. Stir until well combined.
Fold in the crushed peppermint candies.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are set and lightly golden.
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
