- 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg at room temperature
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour sifted
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 24 pieces milk chocolate candy balls such as Whoppers
- 48 pieces mini chocolate chips for eyes
- 48 pieces pretzel sticks cut in half for legs

Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until creamy and smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture, and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the peanut butter mixture, blending well.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until cookies are just turning golden brown.
- Immediately press a candy ball into the center of each cookie and create eyes using mini chocolate chips.
- Insert pretzel stick halves on the sides for legs. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
