  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted, for crust
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream whipped to stiff peaks
  • 0.5 cup chocolate syrup for drizzle, optional
  • 0.25 cup chopped peanuts for garnish, optional

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form a crust. Place in the refrigerator to set while preparing the filling.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream until just combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set. Before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired.
