Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking dish or line with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together oats, peanut butter, honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden brown.
Allow to cool completely in the dish before cutting into bars.
