Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
Beat in the vanilla extract and egg until light and fluffy.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges start to turn golden brown.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
