Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the diced tomatoes, olives, and capers to the skillet. Stir well and cook for 5-6 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
This dish can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently before serving.
