Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese freshly grated is best
  • Optional: black pepper garlic powder, or dried herbs for flavor

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
  • Heat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Scoop & Shape:
  • Spoon about 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan onto the baking sheet. Lightly flatten into a small circle (about 2 inches wide). Leave at least 1 inch between each round.
  • Add Flavor (Optional):
  • Sprinkle lightly with black pepper, garlic powder, or herbs if desired.
  • Bake:
  • Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the crisps are golden and bubbly. Keep a close eye—they brown fast!
  • Cool:
  • Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes to crisp up fully, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

Ensure the Parmesan cheese is finely grated for evenly textured crisps.
