1cupfinely grated Parmesan cheesefreshly grated is best
Optional: black peppergarlic powder, or dried herbs for flavor
Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Heat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Scoop & Shape:
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan onto the baking sheet. Lightly flatten into a small circle (about 2 inches wide). Leave at least 1 inch between each round.
Add Flavor (Optional):
Sprinkle lightly with black pepper, garlic powder, or herbs if desired.
Bake:
Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the crisps are golden and bubbly. Keep a close eye—they brown fast!
Cool:
Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes to crisp up fully, then transfer to a wire rack.
