Instructions
Preparation Steps
Pat dry the salmon fillets with paper towels and season them with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add the salmon fillets to the pan, skin-side down, and cook for about 5-6 minutes or until the skin is crispy and releases easily from the pan.
Carefully flip the fillets and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
Add minced garlic to the pan and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
Remove the salmon from the pan and drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh dill before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, serve the salmon with a side salad or some steamed vegetables.
