Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, almond flour, coconut flour, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil. Mix well.
Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, baking soda, salt, and eggs. Stir until fully combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool completely before cutting into bars. Serve and enjoy!
