Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the sprouts are golden brown and tender.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes.
