Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.
Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and tender.
Remove from oven and, if desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese while still warm.
Notes
If available, fresh lemon juice can be squeezed over the roasted Brussels sprouts for extra flavor before serving.
