Instructions
Preparation Steps
Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
Stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies, reserving a few for topping.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
Sprinkle the reserved Oreo pieces on top and gently press them into the surface.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set.
Cut into squares and serve.
