  • 3 8-ounce packages cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce whole berry
  • 3 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest freshly grated

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract, orange zest, and cranberry sauce.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
