Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract, orange zest, and cranberry sauce.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
