Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into 1 1/2 inch meatballs and place evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until cooked through.
While meatballs are baking, heat vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add orange juice, soy sauce, and honey, and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the cornstarch mixture and continue to stir until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat.
Toss cooked meatballs with the sauce and serve garnished with additional green onions, if desired.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
