Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
Stir in the taco seasoning until the beef mixture is well coated.
Pour in the beef broth and undrained diced tomatoes. Bring to a simmer.
Add the pasta and stir well. Cover the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes, until the pasta is tender.
Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Cover for 1-2 minutes to allow cheese to melt.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
