  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 large egg room temperature

  • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix well.
  • Add warm water, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough begins to form.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Place dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 15 minutes in a warm place.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Shape dough into 12 rolls and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake rolls for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
