Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and peanut butter until well combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in the vanilla extract and chocolate chips.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow to cool in the pan before slicing into bars. Serve and enjoy!
