  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract pure
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar sifted
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crust store-bought or homemade
  • 0.5 cup chopped hazelnuts optional, for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a large mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the Nutella and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until completely incorporated.
  • Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  • Before serving, garnish with chopped hazelnuts, if desired.

Notes

This pie can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. It's best served chilled.
