Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the Nutella and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until completely incorporated.
Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Before serving, garnish with chopped hazelnuts, if desired.
Notes
This pie can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. It's best served chilled.
