This no-bake strawberry lush is a delightful layered dessert, perfect for summer gatherings. With a creamy cheese layer, fresh strawberries, and a crunchy graham cracker crust, it's both refreshing and indulgent.
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan to form a crust.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread evenly over the crust.
Arrange sliced strawberries evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
In a separate bowl, mix strawberry gelatin with boiling water until dissolved. Stir in cold water and let it cool slightly. Pour over the strawberries.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the top before serving.
