  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs about 10 full-size graham crackers
  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • 12 oz milk chocolate chips or chopped milk chocolate
  • 2 cups marshmallow fluff or marshmallow creme
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream for melting chocolate

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie pan to create the crust.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Pour over the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  • Spread marshmallow fluff over the chocolate layer. Top with mini marshmallows.
  • Refrigerate pie for at least 2 hours to set. For a toasted marshmallow topping, broil pie for 1-2 minutes before serving, if desired.

Notes

This pie is best served chilled and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Use a kitchen torch or broiler to toast the marshmallows just before serving for that classic s'mores flavor.
