Preparation Steps
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie pan to create the crust.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Pour over the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
Spread marshmallow fluff over the chocolate layer. Top with mini marshmallows.
Refrigerate pie for at least 2 hours to set. For a toasted marshmallow topping, broil pie for 1-2 minutes before serving, if desired.
Notes
This pie is best served chilled and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Use a kitchen torch or broiler to toast the marshmallows just before serving for that classic s'mores flavor.
