  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs about 12 full sheets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cool whip thawed
  • 1 cup chocolate chips melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup chopped peanuts for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  • In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the cool whip until well combined and fluffy.
  • Pour the peanut butter mixture into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate over the top of the pie and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.

Notes

For a firmer pie, freeze for about 30 minutes before slicing.
