Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the sliced mushrooms until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked mushrooms, rice, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and heated through.
Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
