This Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Cake is a classic dessert made easy. With its moist texture and delightful cinnamon-sugar swirl, it’s the perfect treat for any occasion.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time to the butter mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
Alternate adding the flour mixture and buttermilk to the butter mixture, beginning and ending with flour, mixing until just combined.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Mix the cinnamon and sugar together, then sprinkle over the batter in the pan. Pour the remaining batter over the cinnamon-sugar layer.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing and cooling completely on a wire rack.
