Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine mixed berries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Stir until the berries are evenly coated.
Transfer the berry mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish.
Place slices of sugar cookie dough evenly over the top of the berry mixture.
