  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs room temperature

  • 0.75 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 0.5 cup chopped toasted pecans optional
  • 0.5 cup hazelnut chocolate spread such as Nutella

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a large bowl, combine melted butter and sugar, then add in eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  • Gently mix in the dry ingredients and cocoa powder until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Spread marshmallow fluff over the hot brownies, then drizzle with hazelnut chocolate spread and sprinkle with pecans if using.

Notes
