Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, combine melted butter and sugar, then add in eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Gently mix in the dry ingredients and cocoa powder until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Spread marshmallow fluff over the hot brownies, then drizzle with hazelnut chocolate spread and sprinkle with pecans if using.
