  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 package Mini pie crusts Store bought

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
  • Add the eggs and heavy cream to the mixture and whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the filling into the mini pie crusts.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the filling is set.
  • Let cool before serving.
