Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, red bell pepper, and red onion.
Add the chopped cilantro and minced jalapeño to the bowl.

Notes
For more spice, leave the seeds in the jalapeño. If you prefer less heat, use a small amount of minced jalapeño or omit it altogether.
