  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper freshly ground
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated, for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  • Add the broccoli florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  • Spread the seasoned broccoli florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the broccoli is tender.
