Mix parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Brush each chicken breast with melted butter, then dip into the cheese and breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Notes
