Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and erythritol together until smooth, then add the melted butter and vanilla extract.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips, if using.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool in the pan for 15 minutes before removing and slicing.
