  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp garlic, finely minced
  • 0.25 tsp kosher salt to taste
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 0.13 tsp smoked paprika optional, for gentle warmth

Preparation Steps

  • Shred the cheese and finely chop the onions; set a spoonful of green onions aside for garnish.
  • Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon, Worcestershire, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Fold in the shredded cheese, red onion, and remaining green onions until evenly combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt, pepper, or lemon as needed.
  • Chill 10–20 minutes to let the flavors meld. Garnish with the reserved green onions and serve.

Notes
