Instructions
Preparation Steps
Turn on the Instant Pot and set it to 'Sauté' mode. Add olive oil and let it heat up.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Pour in marinara sauce, water, salt, black pepper, oregano, and basil. Stir well.
Break the spaghetti in half and layer over the meat sauce. Do not stir.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot, lock it, and set to 'Manual' mode for 8 minutes.
Once cooking is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then perform a quick release.
Open the lid and mix the spaghetti gently to combine with the sauce.
Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley on top.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, omit the ground beef and add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
