Instructions
Preparation Steps
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add the olive oil.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant and the onion is translucent.
Add the ground beef, cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Stir in the marinara sauce, water, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, basil, and thyme.
Break the lasagna noodles into smaller pieces and layer over the beef mixture.
Spread the ricotta cheese over the noodle layer.
Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
Allow for a 10-minute natural release, then carefully release any remaining pressure.
Notes
For added flavor, garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving. Adjust seasoning to taste if needed.
