Instructions
Preparation Steps
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add carrots and cook until tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
Drain the carrots and set aside. In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat.
Stir in honey and brown sugar until dissolved.
Add carrots back to the pot and toss to coat. Continue to cook until carrots are glazed with the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For a different flavor, try substituting maple syrup for honey.
