  • 2.5 cups fruit juice Choose your favorite, like orange, apple, or berry blend
  • 1 cup fresh fruit Sliced strawberries, blueberries or mixed berries
  • 0.5 cup yogurt Optional, for creaminess
  • 2 tablespoons honey Optional, for sweetness

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a blender, combine the fruit juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, and honey. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  • Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  • To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
