Create your own creamy and delicious pistachio butter with just a few simple steps. Perfect for spreading on toast, mixing in smoothies, or as a satisfying snack.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the pistachios on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast them for 5-10 minutes until fragrant, stirring halfway through. Let them cool slightly.
Transfer the cooled pistachios to a food processor. Process on high until the pistachios start to turn into a paste.
Add honey and salt into the food processor and continue to process until you achieve a creamy, smooth consistency.
Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired. Store in an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator.
