  • 0.5 teaspoon salt adjust to taste

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the pistachios on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast them for 5-10 minutes until fragrant, stirring halfway through. Let them cool slightly.
  • Transfer the cooled pistachios to a food processor. Process on high until the pistachios start to turn into a paste.
  • Add honey and salt into the food processor and continue to process until you achieve a creamy, smooth consistency.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired. Store in an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator.

Notes

This pistachio butter can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Enjoy it on toast, in smoothies, or straight from the jar!
